- Do I Need To Subscribe To Get Notifications?
- The live model list is public, so anyone can browse what has shipped at zonar.sh. To receive push notifications the moment a new model drops, you need to sign in and subscribe.
- How Does The $5 A Month Subscription Work?
- Zonar is $5 per month, billed securely through Stripe on the web at zonar.sh. The subscription unlocks the live alerts and renews automatically each month until you cancel.
- How Do I Manage Or Cancel My Subscription?
- Your plan is managed on the web, not through the App Store. Sign in at zonar.sh and open your billing and account area to update payment details or cancel. When you cancel, you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.
- How Do I Turn Notifications On?
- Zonar needs notification permission to ping you. If you missed the prompt, open Settings on your iPhone, scroll to Zonar, tap Notifications, and turn on Allow Notifications. We recommend leaving Lock Screen, Banners, and Sounds enabled so you never miss a drop.
- I Am Not Getting Alerts. What Should I Do?
- First, confirm you are signed in with an active subscription and that notifications are enabled for Zonar in your iPhone Settings. If everything looks right and alerts still are not arriving, email us and we will help you sort it out.
